*This fee will provide each vendor with a 10’x10’ space, 8 ft table and 2 chairs. PLEASE NOTE: TENTS/CANOPY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS COST. Vendors may bring their own tent and set up in their assigned spot or rent tents from Surati’s tent rental company. Tents may not be bigger than 10’x10’ in dimension unless pre-approved by Surati in writing upon special request by the vendor. To avoid any bottlenecks only the Surati contracted tent company trucks will be allowed access to set up tents at the venue. Tent rental cost is additional. ***Food and liquor vendors/restaurants must obtain and submit proof of a permit to Surati and to the Hoboken Health Department prior to the event.
Personal or corporate cheques may be accepted only up until June 1. Payments will be accepted online or via cashier’s cheque.
All payments must be made in full to reserve your spot.
All orders are final. No refunds will be granted once payment is made or processed.
